Re: What training have you done today
Working at home yesterday morning, then super ride to work in the early afternoon; beautiful sunshine and no bag on my back - so hammered it both to and from work. (This is a relative term, of course).
Lucky this morning - peed it down until I set off at 7am and then peed it down after I got to work!
Probably get a soaking tonight...

Re: What training have you done today
40 miles, really fast going out then I discovered it was not because of my super fitness, but a tail wind, for when I turned back every thing slowed down and somehow it felt a lot harder

Re: What training have you done today
Mon-Fri, nothing finishing far too late, not home till 7-8pm tired and wound up.
Sat, managed 10m on the turbo. Losing fitness fast took 37mns. looks like its going to be weekends only for the moment.

Re: What training have you done today
Forty eight and a quarter miles of flatlands north of Doncaster. No bottle, no food and no cafe stop. felt a bit drained and very hungry for the last miles of it.

Re: What training have you done today
What a miserable November morning,38mls with a very short coffee stop. Was not as cold as I thought, wore new Endura rain jacket and was too warm, did not need the base layer. Got 150yds from home when it started to rain.

Re: What training have you done today
70 miles up Wharfedale, up and down some rather lumpy terrain. Nice to get out that way again!

Re: What training have you done today
It felt easy and fast today, just like a float day for all the 41 fast miles I covered
